Service Engineer Ford/Otokar
The candidate will report to the Heavy Vehicles Service Manager, with the main activity being the provision of technical support to technicians as well as partners for the brands Ford Trucks / Otokar.
Main Responsibilities
- Communication with the manufacturing plants of the products represented by the company, which includes - troubleshooting – searching for technical instructions
- Monitoring Technical trainings from the manufacturing plants abroad
- Training Technicians and customers' Technical Staff on new vehicle Technologies
- Excellent Knowledge of the technical information systems of the manufacturing plants
- Management and submission of warranty or goodwill claims to the manufacturing plants
- Maintenance and organization of the warranty parts warehouse and planning of returns to the manufacturing plants
- Overall Recall Management, which includes informing customers, scheduling appointments, as well as training technicians to carry them out
- Issuance of Technical Certificates for the products represented by the company
- Management of customer complaints
- Communication and organization of technical support for the products represented by the company through partners / suppliers
Candidate Profile
- Graduate of a Technological field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered
- Excellent knowledge of computer operation
- Desirable knowledge of SAP
