Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a member of Sfakianakis Group, holding a leading position in the automotive industry, is looking for its branch at Kalamata International Airport: Rental Sales Agent Duties: Serve customers politely, assessing their needs and proposing suitable vehicles with the goal of optimizing sales performance. Provide excellent customer service, providing comprehensive and accurate information regarding rentals. Manage rental agreements and payments with precision, ensuring a smooth and flawless process. Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve issues effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Actively promote additional products and services with the aim of improving the customer experience and increasing revenue. Required Qualifications: High School Graduate, Higher Education Graduate will be considered an additional qualification Holder of a car driver's license (essential) Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) Previous experience in sales or customer service is considered a special qualification Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and close sales Professional behavior with dedication to customer service Ability to manage multiple tasks and operate efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced work environment Ability to work in rotating shifts
