People Advisor

Leicester | Permanent | Site based Monday to Friday,8:30am-5:00pm

SF Partners are recruiting a People Advisor for a busy food manufacturing site in Leicester. This is a hands-on role supporting managers and colleagues across a 24/7 operation. You'll need to be comfortable with a varied workload,confident handling employee relations matters and able to build good relationships with operational teams.

What you'll be doing

• Advising and coaching managers on absence,performance,disciplinary and grievance matters
• Supporting recruitment,onboarding and retention across the site
• Working with operational managers to improve colleague engagement
• Using people data to spot trends and help managers take action
• Getting involved in people projects and improvements to site processes

What we're looking for

• Experience in a People Advisor,HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
• Strong employee relations experience and the confidence to guide managers through cases
• A background in food manufacturing,FMCG or another fast-paced production environment
• CIPD Level 3 or above
• A practical,approachable style and the ability to manage competing priorities
