DESCRIPTION
Our client is an international player specializing in the development of technological solutions dedicated to the secure management and exchange of data. Present internationally, the company supports its clients through innovative solutions while placing the quality, security, and performance of its information system at the heart of its strategy.
As part of the reinforcement of its DSI, our client is looking for its future Office Technician to ensure the proper functioning of the IT environment for nearly 150 employees distributed across several sites, in an international and ISO 27001 certified context.
Reporting to the Responsable des Systèmes d'Information, you will join a dynamic team and work in a multi-site and international environment. As a key local contact, you will be responsible for the proper functioning of workstations, the administration of business tools, and the quality of user support, in both French and English.
Your daily routine will be driven by the deployment and administration of the IT fleet (Windows, Intune, Autopilot), levels 1 to 3 user support, the management of network equipment, IP telephony, and meeting rooms. You will also participate in the continuous improvement of the working environment by ensuring workstation security monitoring, writing procedures, and the functional administration of several strategic applications such as Odoo, Jira, and SharePoint. Finally, you will support different business units in the evolution of their tools while ensuring compliance with security requirements related to ISO 27001 certification.

PROFILE SOUGHT
- You hold a degree in IT, information systems, or systems and networks administration.
- You have initial experience in a position as an Office Technician, Support Technician, Systems and Networks Technician, or equivalent.
- You master Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments, as well as fleet management solutions such as Intune / Endpoint Manager and Windows Autopilot.
- You possess good knowledge of network infrastructures (WiFi, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP) and IP telephony.
- You are comfortable with the administration of collaborative and business tools such as Odoo, Jira / Atlassian, or SharePoint. Knowledge of one of these tools will be appreciated.
- You are aware of cybersecurity best practices (access management, MFA, BitLocker, EDR, patch management) and appreciate environments that are demanding in terms of security.
- You have fluent English (C1 level), allowing you to provide daily support to international users.
