Our client, CDC Informatique, is the IT subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts, a major public player serving the general interest. CDC Informatique designs, manages, and secures strategic digital services at the heart of public policies and major national programs.

Joining CDC Informatique means working on projects with a high impact on citizens and territories (Mon Compte Formation, Ma Retraite Publique, SOLTEA, Mon Parcours Handicap.), in a demanding, innovative environment committed to responsible digital practices.

In a context of large-scale technological transformation, CDC Informatique is strengthening its governance and IT vision and is recruiting a Technology Strategy Manager M/F, positioned in close proximity to the CTO, with a strong transverse and strategic dimension.

You will notably intervene on the following missions:

• Lead and structure the IA4IT program, by defining use cases, the roadmap, and value indicators.
• Contribute to technological governance and the Group Design Authority, by challenging architecture choices and evolving standards.
• Participate in the definition and management of the cloud strategy and support IS modernization projects.
• Foster technological synergies between the different entities of the Group and promote a shared vision.
• Support the CTO on matters of prioritization, arbitration, and representation before governance bodies.

SEARCHED PROFILE

• Coming from higher education in computer science, engineering, or equivalent, you have significant experience, ideally more than 10 years, in technological responsibility or transverse management roles, such as IT strategy, architecture, or program management.
• You possess a global vision of complex information system architectures and a solid mastery of cloud environments, including SaaS models, sovereign cloud, Azure, and cloud native architectures.
• You understand the challenges related to AI applied to information systems, particularly in the definition and management of use cases.
• Experience acquired in multi-entity environments, within large groups or organizations in the public or semi-public sector, is strongly appreciated.
• You are comfortable in English in a professional context.
