Proxy Product Owner Technique - M/F

DESCRIPTION

Our client is a large international group specializing in the distribution of equipment for building and industrial professionals. Composed of more than 14,000 employees and generating a turnover of 4 billion euros, it establishes itself as a solid and essential player in its market.

As part of its digital transformation, the group relies on its Digital Factory, created in 2021, which brings together more than 40 experts (Product Owners, developers, UX/UI, DevOps.). This team designs and evolves the group's digital solutions, with a major focus on a multi-brand and multi-country B2B e-commerce platform, currently being deployed internationally.

Organized into 5 agile squads, the Digital Factory works in close collaboration with business teams (logistics, marketing, sales, IT, data) in order to design and deploy digital solutions with high business value.

Location: Lyon 2e Remuneration: €50,000 to €60,000 gross annual + 1 month variable Benefits: company restaurant, annual holiday bonus, RTT, participation Teleworking: 1 day per week

In this context, we are looking for a technical Proxy PO to act as a relay for the Product Owner and to manage delivery and technical coordination within a squad.

• Your missions:
• Manage development and testing activities within the squad
• Organize and monitor sprints (planning, prioritization, progress)
• Prepare topics in advance so that they are "ready to dev"
• Coordinate exchanges between developers, QA, Lead Tech, and Product Owner
• Participate in technical design and requirements scoping
• Monitor developments and guarantee the quality of deliverables
• Manage testing phases, production deployment, and releases
• Monitor project indicators (velocity, planning, quality, reporting)

PROFILE SOUGHT

Your profile:

• You have at least 7 years of experience on digital projects, including experience in project management.
• A technical appetite is expected to interact with development teams.
• You are comfortable in an agile environment, ideally on e-commerce projects or those with high business stakes.
• Organized, proactive, and a good communicator, you know how to manage complex topics and unite teams. A professional level of English is required.
