Embedded Electronics Business Manager - M/F

DESCRIPTION

Our end client is the European leader in the distribution and integration of COTS marine electronics equipment (€28 Million turnover).

It is a French industrial SME (composed of 60 employees) that has been offering engineering services in the Maritime sector for over 30 years.

In the military field, they are involved in the main ship construction projects for the Marine nationale (Frégate FDI, Corvette GOWIND, Porte-Avion CDG, Sous-Marins Barracuda).

For their clients, they design and integrate communication systems (radio, satellite, intercom, etc.) and navigation systems (navigation bridge, radars, navigation sensors, etc.).

As part of their growth, you will join the Parisian Bureau d'Études composed of 6 people.

Location: Bailly-Romainvilliers (77700) - Remote work possible (2 days / week).

Remuneration: 43,000 - 48,000€ + performance bonuses + profit-sharing bonus (€3,000 net).

Your role will consist of ensuring the link between clients, technical teams, and management on various projects.

1) Commercial management and client relations:

• Identify the technical and functional needs of clients,
• Write commercial proposals and specifications,
• Negotiate offers (costs, deadlines, resources) and ensure client satisfaction,
• Develop the client portfolio and monitor ongoing contracts,
• Support clients during the validation, testing, and industrialization phases,
• Prepare quotes, monitor invoicing and margins.

2) Technical project management:

• Supervise the progress of embedded electronic systems projects,
• Coordinate internal technical teams,
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budget, and technical quality,
• Monitor performance indicators (KPI) and ensure reporting to management.

PROFILE SOUGHT

Your profile:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,
• Skills in project management and business development,
• Knowledge of embedded systems,
• Technical English, German is a plus,
• Driving license (Permis B) required,
• Secret Défense clearance required (French nationality).
