Training Supervisor

The Training Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising training programs across all production departments. This position ensures that new hires, transfers, and existing employees receive the necessary skills to perform effectively. The Training Supervisor develops training standards, monitors progress, and collaborates with managers to align workforce skills with operational needs.

1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise training programs for new hires, transfers, and skill improvement of current employees. 25%
2. Develop and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures, and skill certification standards. 15%
3. Track and monitor training progress through skill matrices and provide regular reports. 15%
4. Coordinate with supervisors and managers to align training schedules with production needs. 15%
5. Supervise trainers and training operators, ensuring consistency and quality of instruction. 10%
6. Lead new employee onboarding processes, ensuring rapid integration into production roles. 10%
7. Support cross-training initiatives to foster workforce flexibility and resilience. 10%

• 3 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 28 and 39 years
