Mental Health Therapist – Women's Health - Missouri resident/licensed - Hybrid Contract

Seven Starling is seeking an Independently Licensed Therapist in Missouri with their own office space to join our world-class clinical team. You will deliver both in-person and virtual care to our patients, with Seven Starling providing additional compensation for the use of your physical office space beyond the standard session rates.
Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with experience in maternal and women's mental health who is excited about working at an early-stage company, pioneering the future of women's mental health, and motivated by the broad impact they will have in this role.
What we look for at Seven Starling Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving women’s mental health such as perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause and menopause
Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care
Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare
What you'll do Lead individual therapy sessions in both telehealth and in-person settings, serving perinatal patients, including providing in-person services at your own office location if needed
Opportunity to participate in clinical consultation groups to enhance clinical skills
Who you are Current independent license as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, or psychologist in Missouri
Minimum 1 year experience working with perinatal patients
Minimum 1 year experience working with perimenopause patients
Minimum 1 year experience in telehealth settings
Minimum 1 year experience in in-person clinical settings
Must have your own office space suitable for providing in-person therapy services
Commitment to improving mental health outcomes for underserved populations
Comfort learning new systems and experience with electronic medical records
Bilingual skills are a plus!
