You are the driving force for the overall success of our global intralogistics projects. As Head of Project Management, you will lead and develop our project manager team and maintain a strategic overview of the entire project portfolio. You will optimize existing structures, connect internal and external interests at the management level, and act as an important link to the management board. In this key function, you will create the framework conditions for the successful realization of large-scale international projects.

• Functional and disciplinary leadership as well as targeted further development of the project management team

• Responsibility for the strategic control and monitoring of the entire project portfolio (resources, deadlines, costs, quality)

• Direct management of key projects

• Continuous further development, standardization, and optimization of project management processes, methods, and tools

• Active support of your team during critical project phases, complex contract negotiations, and in claim/supplement management

• Close coordination and interface management with Sales, Engineering, Assembly, and Management

• Travel activity of approx. 10% during important project milestones domestically and abroad

What you bring

• Completed technical and/or business administration training (e.g., mechanical engineering, automation technology, industrial engineering, mechatronics, etc.)

• Several years of sound professional experience in handling complex large-scale projects, ideally in plant engineering or intralogistics

• Leadership experience as well as strong methodological competence in project management (certifications such as IPMA, PMI, etc. are an advantage)

• Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic action, and strong negotiation skills

• Very good English skills for the international environment

• Confident appearance and strong assertiveness
