Your tasks
You will implement, configure, and support software solutions and applications, provide customer training, and deliver post-implementation support to ensure effective software adoption and client satisfaction.
- Implement software solutions by installing, configuring, and deploying applications to meet client requirements
- Provide training to customers to enable effective use of software solutions
- Deliver post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize software performance
- Collaborate independently and within teams to achieve project goals and client satisfaction
- Manage client interactions professionally to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience implementing and supporting software applications, particularly document management and legal technology solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra for identity and access management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device and application management
- Understanding of SQL and database concepts to support data-related tasks
- Experience using AI tools to enhance software functionality or support
- Skills in Windows PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration
Other Information Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
