WEB DEVELOPER

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServLife’s responsive website and mobile application. Develop user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, online forms, membership portals, and other digital solutions. Build and manage databases, APIs, user authentication, and system integrations. Troubleshoot system errors, fix bugs, and improve application speed, security, and reliability. Maintain website content, hosting, domain settings, backups, and system documentation. Implement proper data security, access controls, and privacy measures. Coordinate with management and operations personnel to translate business requirements into functional digital solutions. Provide technical support and user orientation to employees when necessary. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements, updates, and new features. Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related course.

Fresh graduates may apply, provided they have relevant projects, internship experience, or a development portfolio. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern web development framework. Familiarity with mobile application development using Flutter, React Native, Android, iOS, or a similar platform. Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase, or equivalent. Familiarity with APIs, Git or version control, web hosting, system deployment, and basic cybersecurity practices. Able to test, troubleshoot, and maintain web and mobile applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently or with a team. Willing to work on-site in Capas, Tarlac. Applicants with a working portfolio or sample web or mobile application are preferred.
