Requirements

Degree in Commerce / Administration or related field

Experience

• 3 years in a Head of Department or as a purchasing manager role
• Personnel management
• Experience in the full purchasing cycle
• Tenders
• Monthly purchasing closings
• Follow-up on deliveries and the complete invoicing process
• Payment follow-up
• Managing the supplier process (files, onboarding, documentary updates, supplier portal)
• KPI monitoring
• Supplier development and negotiation
