Human Resources Specialist – Recruitment and Selection

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-oriented Human Resources professional, with excellent professional presence, to manage full recruitment and selection processes in a leading company in Costa Rica. The selected person will be responsible for filling vacancies for operational, administrative, middle management, and professional profiles, in both mass recruitment processes and the fulfillment of specific requirements from managements and clients. This role requires a high capacity for execution, as well as the ability to advise and professionally represent the company in meetings with clients, understanding their talent needs and converting them into effective selection processes. We are looking for a professional who moves easily between operations and the corporate environment, guaranteeing the timely coverage of vacancies and the satisfaction of internal and external clients.

Requisitos

• University Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection of personnel.
• Proven experience in managing operational, administrative, and professional profiles.
• Proficiency in competency-based interviews and psychometric tests.
• Conversational/professional English (B2 level or higher).
• Mastery of LinkedIn, job boards, Excel, and digital recruitment tools.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and clients simultaneously, with excellent organization and prioritization.
