We are looking for students interested in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Talent Development, with the initiative to participate in projects for the improvement and transformation of HR processes.
Activities
- Support the development and improvement of learning and capacity-building processes.

Requirements
- Be an active student of Psychology, administration, or related HR fields.
- Have an estimated graduation date in December 2027.
- Interest in developing within the areas of Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Talent Development.
- Advanced English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Power BI (desirable).
- Interest in working with data and participating in improvement projects.
