Functions
- Management of General Services Maintenance KPIs on platform: Daily updates based on SAP information
- Summary of water consumption for the 4 Focus Factory sites being serviced; through Historian and the water plant's automatic measurement system
- Management of Work Orders in SAP and task updates for compression, water, steam, electricity, etc. systems
- Support in documentation for COFEPRIS, FDA audits
- Management of organization standards for General Services
- Drive the digitalization project of work orders in General Services, connectivity throughout the plant.
Requirements
- Students of Manufacturing, Electricity, Robotics or Mechanics, Automation and Control
- Availability to cover this vacancy for at least 12 months
- English B1-B2
- 100% on-site Monday to Friday 08:00-14:00
- Excel: intermediate (vlookup, concatenate, match, if, pivot tables)
- Knowledge in: Lean manufacturing tools, 5´s + Visual factory, process digitalization, maintenance + automation, root cause analysis tools, paretos, etc. (Factory performance and reliability tools), Understanding of project cycles.
