Accounting Intern / Part-Time in Polanco CDMX

Are you interested in developing yourself in Human Resources and learning about Payroll and Compensation processes?

We are looking for a Payroll and Compensation Intern who wants to acquire professional experience by participating in different personnel administration, payroll, and benefits processes.

This position will allow you to learn in a practical way how key Human Resources processes are managed and develop skills in analysis, organization, monitoring, and information management.

What are we looking for?

• Active students of Accounting and Public Accounting degrees with course completion in June-December 2027.
• Excel - Intermediate
• English - Intermediate
• Previous experience in administrative activities (Desirable).

What will you do?

• Support the integration and updating of files for new hire employees.
• Follow up on the budget for approved vacancies and active vacancies.
• Support the collection, integration, and review of payroll incidents.
• Collaborate in the documentation and updating of processes and policies of the Payroll and Compensation area.

| - Support the management and monitoring of employee benefits, such as major medical expenses, gym, savings fund, and grocery vouchers.

• Support the calculation and delivery of settlements.
• Follow up on administrative activities and area requirements.
• Support the preparation and updating of reports related to Payroll and Compensation processes.
