Opportunity for Data Analysis Intern at SERVICIOS INTEGRALES EVENPLAN SC.
Functions
- Administration of the cross-category control and tracking system for registrations and changes for reports related to Packaging engineering
- Elaborate flows in the AODocs system for the registration of views and creation of new Packaging and WIP components.
- Elaborate Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP for new product SKUs and/or consumables, as well as notifying project stakeholders via email regarding availability for their knowledge.
- Elaborate changes through the execution of ECN to the Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP due to replacement in Packaging components and/or consumables, in existing SKUs or new product SKUs, and notifying project stakeholders via email regarding availability for their knowledge.
- Coordinate the update of master data in SKUs that require support from the Master Data team, preserve records, and communicate updates.
- Comply with quality standards (Product conformity, product design and marketing, technology transfer, process and control validation, corrective and preventive actions, change control, consumer complaints, information storage and handling, labeling, and finished product.
Requirements
- Students of degrees related to Biotechnology, Chemistry, Software, or Industrial Engineering.
- Availability to cover this vacancy for at least 12 months
- English B1-B2
- 1 day HO on Friday, can be negotiated
- M-F 08:00-14:00, flexible schedule
