Passenger Service Leader (Tarapoto Airport) / Full Time - Rotating shifts / Work at the Airport

We are looking for the best Talents to join our work team and have the desire to take on the following positions:

PASSENGER SERVICE LEADER - TARAPOTO AIRPORT

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Completed technical studies in Aviación Comercial, Administración or related careers. (Desirable)
• 6 months of experience as a Lead Agent or Agente de servicio al pasajero at the Airport.
• English language proficiency at Intermediate-Advanced Level.
• Proficiency in the office package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. (Desirable)
• Availability to work 48 hours per week in rotating shifts at the Aeropuerto Guillermo del Castillo Paredes (Tarapoto).

WHAT WILL YOUR FUNCTIONS BE?

• Supervise the correct setup of the counters.
• Lead briefings with the assigned team to carry out operational coordinations, emphasizing safety aspects.
• Report and promote voluntary reports of unsafe acts and conditions, incidents, and accidents that occur during passenger service with the aim of minimizing or mitigating operational risks.
• Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor any event outside of what is planned and/or routine in order to ensure services with high quality standards.
• Handle potential passenger complaints at counters or other specified areas.
