Branch Manager – Los Cabos International Airport

SIXT Rent a Car is looking for a Branch Manager to lead the operation at Los Cabos International Airport.

What will your mission be? To direct the comprehensive operation of the branch, ensuring compliance with commercial, operational, and customer service objectives, guaranteeing efficient fleet administration, team development, and branch profitability.

Main responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of vehicle rentals and returns.
• Manage the vehicle fleet, ensuring its availability, maintenance, and optimal conditions.
• Lead, develop, and supervise the work team.
• Follow up on indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to meet objectives.
• Control inventories, contracts, documentation, and branch assets.
• Attend to and resolve incidents, complaints, and customer requests.
• Drive sales and generate commercial alliances with hotels, travel agencies, companies, and strategic partners.
• Prepare operational, administrative, and financial reports for the branch.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager, Station Manager, or Operations Manager within the Rent a Car industry (indispensable).
• Verifiable experience managing vehicle leasing branches and fleet management.
• Experience in sales, customer service, and leadership of work teams.
• Intermediate conversational English.
• Valid type A driver's license and ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and to travel when the operation requires it.
