Urbanization Coordinator

Your tasks

The Urbanization Coordinator is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring the execution of infrastructure and urbanization works within the Cabo Real Surf Club development, ensuring that the works are carried out in accordance with the executive projects, technical specifications, construction schedules, authorized budgets, and quality standards established by the company.

This position supervises activities related to earthworks, platforms, roadways, paving, hydraulic, sanitary, and storm networks, electrical infrastructure, telecommunications, outdoor lighting, complementary works, and other elements that make up the general infrastructure of the development.

They work in a coordinated manner with the Construction, Development, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, and Operations areas, as well as with contractors, suppliers, and external consultants, to guarantee an orderly, safe, and efficient execution of the works.
