We are looking for a Maintenance Planner, with sixty (60) months of experience in maintenance activities, logistics management, and heavy equipment administration, contributing to the fulfillment of maintenance programs, spare parts availability, and optimization of operational processes. Academic training: Technician, technologist, high school graduate, or professional in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Job mission: Provide support to the management of the service contract resident in mining and construction units, through the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for heavy machinery, guaranteeing the operational availability of the equipment and the fulfillment of process indicators. Functions:

• Implement and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment according to factory standards.
• Generate and monitor management indicators, reports, and maintenance backlog.
• Manage inventories and spare parts requests for maintenance services.
• Coordinate with clients and internal areas the works related to the equipment under responsibility.
• Prepare technical reports on performance, failures, accidents, and working conditions of the equipment.

Knowledge:

• Advanced handling of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Forms, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Power BI.
• Interpretation of machinery maintenance manuals.
• Operation of mechanical components.
• Basic knowledge in equipment hydraulics.
• Basic mechanics.
• Scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Basic knowledge in predictive maintenance.
• Intermediate English.
• Valid B1 driver's license.
• Knowledge in occupational health and safety, waste management, and safe work procedures.

Labor competencies: Teamwork, result orientation, analytical capacity, adaptability to change, leadership, and assertive communication. Salary: $3,977,229 + teleworking allowance + current legal benefits. Contract type: indefinite term. Schedule: hybrid 3 days at home 2 in the office. Workplace: Girardota. Selection Process
