About the company

Your tasks
We are looking for talent to serve as an experience leader at the ibis Medellín hotel, with one (1) year of experience in the sector, oriented toward providing memorable experiences to guests and strengthening service quality and loyalty.
Job Mission: Lead the guest experience strategy at ibis Medellín, guaranteeing warm, efficient, and memorable service, aligned with the quality standards and the Heartist philosophy of Accor.
- Guarantee memorable experiences throughout the service cycle, promoting guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate, accompany, and guide the reception team, promoting a service culture based on Accor's Heartist values.
- Attend to, manage, and follow up on requests, complaints, claims, and suggestions (PQRS), guaranteeing timely and effective solutions.
- Analyze satisfaction indicators, online reputation, and service quality, implementing continuous improvement actions.
- Supervise check-in, check-out, room assignment, and special request processes. Likewise, coordinate with the accommodation, maintenance, food and beverage areas to guarantee an integral experience for the guest.
Requirements
Academic training: Technician in Hospitality.
Knowledge
- B2 English level.
- Excel management.
Labor competencies Leadership, service orientation, effective communication, and coordination capacity.
What we offer

Contract type: Indefinite term.
Schedule: Rotating shifts from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
Workplace: Medellín, in-person modality.
