We are looking for a Sourcing Leader, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in sourcing processes for fabrics and supplies in the textile sector, negotiation with national and international suppliers, and management of purchasing budgets. This position represents an opportunity to contribute to the organization's growth through sourcing strategies, cost optimization, and the construction of strategic relationships with suppliers.

Academic background: Professional in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Fashion Design with a focus on production, or related careers. Desirable specialization in Purchasing Management, Sourcing, or Finance Applied to Fashion.

Job Mission: Lead the sourcing and purchasing strategies for fabrics and supplies, guaranteeing availability, quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency, in accordance with production needs and the organization's profitability objectives.

Functions:

• Define, measure, and analyze management indicators to evaluate purchasing efficiency and identify historical fabric consumption, determining which should be maintained as a baseline and which should be rotated.
• Define purchasing strategies based on production planning and trends, ensuring the availability of fabrics within the required times and avoiding extra costs or excess inventory.
• Evaluate and manage suppliers according to their compliance level, delivery times, and fabric quality, strengthening commercial relationships with the most efficient suppliers.
• Generate strategies for the measurement and control of returns due to defects, implementing action and improvement plans with suppliers.
• Participate with the design team in committees for fabric selection, providing information on key suppliers, inventory availability, quality, costs, and timeliness of delivery times.

Knowledge:

• Intermediate Excel.
• B1 English.
• Negotiation with national and international suppliers.
• Purchase of fabrics and raw materials for the textile industry.
• Cost analysis.
• Budget optimization.

Labor competencies: Negotiation, assertive communication, analysis and decision-making, teamwork, and planning.

Salary: $3.600.000 + transportation allowance + current legal benefits. Contract type: indefinite term, directly with the organization. Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Workplace: Envigado, Antioquia. In-person modality.
