We are looking for a Marketing Director, who will face the challenge of leading strategies oriented towards brand positioning, demand generation, and business growth. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing-related areas and a strategic vision that allows strengthening the connection with customers and markets is required.
Academic background: Professional in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related careers. Specialization is desirable.
Job mission: Design and lead the integral marketing strategy, strengthening brand positioning, portfolio development, demand generation, and the commercial growth of the organization.
Functions:
- Design and lead the marketing strategy and plan, aligned with corporate and commercial objectives, including positioning, value proposition, and market segmentation.
- Lead brand management, communication, and digital strategy, articulating campaigns, content, digital channels, lead generation, and positioning actions.
- Develop market intelligence, identifying trends, customer behavior, competition, growth opportunities, new markets, and applications for the portfolio.
- Work articulately with the commercial area in demand generation and sales strengthening, developing commercial tools and channel strategies.
- Lead the management and evolution of the product portfolio, as well as the administration of the marketing budget, vendor management, indicator tracking, and results analysis.
Knowledge.
- Graphic design, communications, and advertising.
- English B1 or B2.
- Basic concepts in SAGRILAFT and BASC.
- Technical concepts in ISO 9001, OHSAS, and management systems.
Salary: $8.000.000 + current legal benefits. Contract type: indefinite term. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Workplace: Itagüí, Antioquia. On-site modality.
