Line Coordinator for Rionegro 1626492436-16

A company located in Medellín is requesting personnel with a minimum of 24 months of experience in production or manufacturing processes for its work team to perform the role of line coordinator.

Academic background: professional in industrial engineering, production engineering, processes, or related areas. Postgraduate degree desirable.

Specific functions:

• Monitor compliance with the production program and line efficiency indicators (OLE).
• Analyze and manage operational constraints and bottlenecks that affect productivity, quality, or the continuity of the operation.
• Lead the investigation of incidents and accidents, as well as the implementation and monitoring of the resulting action plans. Conduct lessons learned from the events that occurred.
• Evaluate and approve the line balancing of each model, guaranteeing the optimal allocation of resources, compliance with standard times, and the operational efficiency of the production process.
• Perform planned work observations (OPT) and follow up on identified findings.

Knowledge:

• Production indicators (OLE, productivity, and efficiency).
• Management of SAP.
• English A2.

Salary: $5.000.000 + monthly bonus for profit achievement + food + social benefits. Schedules: Monday to Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Availability to work weekends if required. Contract type: fixed. Workplace: Rionegro Antioquia.
