Your tasks
Job Mission Lead, design, and evolve the institutional evaluation strategy through the development of evaluation systems, applied research, monitoring, data analysis, and the use of technologies and artificial intelligence; in order to generate high-value evidence that guides decision-making, drives innovation, guides product development, and contributes to the continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and student development processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the evaluation system to measure learning, competency development, monitor knowledge appropriation, and strengthen pedagogical quality.
- Research, adapt, and incorporate new trends, methodologies, and evidence in educational evaluation, learning sciences, and artificial intelligence applied to education to incorporate innovative practices that respond to the challenges of contemporary education.
- Lead the monitoring, evaluation, learning, and research strategy to ensure the continuous improvement of teaching and learning processes.
- Follow up on the implementation of programs, evaluating their impact and generating learnings for decision-making.
- Analyze information from different academic and operational sources to generate findings, indicators, and recommendations that guide institutional decision-making.
- Develop descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive models, supported by data analytics and artificial intelligence to identify risks, anticipate learning needs, and propose timely interventions.
- Accompany pedagogical teams and institutional leaders in the interpretation and use of evaluative information to strengthen the culture of evidence-based decision-making.
- Articulate technological solutions and integrate information ecosystems with interdisciplinary teams to automate evaluation processes, generate personalized recommendations, and optimize the educational experience for students and teachers.

Postgraduate degree in Educational Evaluation, Learning Sciences, Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Educational Research, or related fields.
English level B1 and above.
Experience: Minimum five years leading educational evaluation, monitoring, research, or learning measurement processes.
Experience designing evaluation models and instruments from scratch.
Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and educational transformation projects.
Experience using data analytics for strategic decision-making.
Data architecture, Pipeline Construction, cloud work (gcp), Datalake.
