About the company
STAY S.A.S, requests for its work team, personnel with a minimum experience of 12 months in restaurant and/or luxury hotel services or with high service standards, to perform the position of service captain.

Your tasks
Specific functions
- Schedule and supervise the shifts, tasks, and activities of the personnel in charge, guaranteeing the continuity of the operation.
- Present food and beverage menus to customers and provide recommendations according to their needs and the indications of the kitchen and beverage team.
- Attend to customer complaints and suggestions, managing timely solutions and guaranteeing a satisfactory experience.
- Support the development of strategies to increase sales and optimize the costs and expenses of the restaurant.
- Coordinate and supervise the waiter team, promoting efficient service and compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
Academic training: high school graduate, technician, technologist, or professional in hospitality and tourism, hotel management, or related areas.
Knowledge
- English level B1-B2.
- Food handling course.
- Leadership techniques, personnel supervision, customer service, and complaint resolution.
- Management of food and beverage inventories.
- Management of billing and ordering systems.
What we offer
Salary: $2,700,000 + transportation subsidy + surcharges and legal benefits.

Schedules: rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week. Shifts are scheduled within the time range of 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., respecting the maximum legal working day.
Contract type: indefinite.
