Payment Processing: Handle check-outs, post room charges, and accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, or foreign currency.Cash Drawer Management: Count and reconcile the house bank or cash drawer at the start and end of every shift.Financial Reporting: Prepare daily cash reports, reconcile receipts, and prepare bank deposits.Guest Service: Greet guests, explain itemized bills, and resolve billing discrepancies or inquiries.Department Collaboration: Coordinate with the front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage outlets to verify charges and post incidental expenses.Security and Compliance: Safeguard cash funds and adhere to internal financial controls and hotel policies.
