Talent Acquisition Partner/ GTM Recruiter, Asia & Korea

What you get to do in this role: Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior Go-To-Market leaders across Asia & Korea, shaping hiring strategy and making sure staffing goals are met. Run full-cycle recruiting for revenue-critical roles, including Account Executives, Solution Sales and Solution Consulting. Negotiate complex offers and close top GTM talent in competitive, counteroffer-heavy markets. Bring market intelligence on talent, pay and competitors to inform hiring decisions. Push back and advise on trade-offs when needed. Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and recurring roles across the region. Develop and track metrics that improve sourcing results and show ROI. Give candidates a great experience, with clear and timely communication at every stage. To be successful in this role you have: Experience using AI in your work, or thinking critically about how to. This may include AI-powered tools, automated workflows, AI-driven insights, or AI's impact on the function or industry. 8+ years of full-cycle, in-house Sales/GTM recruiting experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS or cloud. Experience recruiting across Asian markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Hong Kong and Thailand, with a strong understanding of local talent markets, pay norms and hiring practices. Business proficiency in Korean (spoken and written) is highly desirable, as this role partners directly with Korea-based hiring managers and business stakeholders and engages Korean-speaking candidates throughout the hiring process. A proven ability to consult, influence and build credibility with senior and executive stakeholders in a matrixed organisation. Strong personal accountability and a true sense of ownership from start to finish. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across functions with the business, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and HR partners. Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
