You will coordinate all elements of our group tours to Great Britain & Ireland and, together with customers and partners, ensure a smooth process. As a central contact person, you will accompany our customers from order confirmation to the final call, thereby playing a decisive role in shaping the perception of SERVICE-REISEN.

Your tasks
- Support and processing of travel processes during and after the trip/during the booking process
- Preparation, consultation, and sale of (additional) travel services
- Communication and negotiation with our service providers in the destinations to obtain services and prices for the travel program
- Quality assurance for existing trips (in terms of detailed planning)
- Support in complaint processing
- Close exchange with other internal functional areas
- Visits to target areas and service providers
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable studies, ideally experience in tourism or the group travel sector
- Very good English skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
- Assertiveness as well as enjoyment of negotiating
- Independent, efficient, and careful way of working, even in stressful situations
- Strong communication and service-oriented personality with pronounced social competence and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of standard Office applications and MS Teams
- Interest in foreign countries, willingness to travel
