For our Mediterranean & Long-haul Travel team, we are looking for reinforcement - either in operational sales or in tour management for group tours. We are looking for someone who has as much joy in tourism as we do and is eager to jointly develop or manage special travel experiences for our customers.

Your Tasks

Operational Sales:

• Calculation and creation of offers for group tours
• Active customer retention and partner support
• Ad-hoc purchasing of hotel and additional services
• Opportunity to participate in information trips, trade fairs, and customer visits

Tour Management:

• Support and processing of travel transactions before and during the trip
• Communication and negotiation with our service providers in the destinations to obtain services and prices for the travel program
• Creation of travel documents and successful execution of the trip in close coordination with our customers
• Support in complaint processing
• Opportunity to participate in destination and service provider visits

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable studies, ideally experience in tourism or the group travel sector
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
• Assertiveness as well as enjoyment in negotiating
• Independent, efficient, and careful way of working, even in stressful situations
• Strong communication and service-oriented personality with pronounced social competence and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of common Office applications and MS Teams
• Interest in foreign countries, willingness to travel
