📋 About the position:* As a Sr Foreign Trade Analyst**, you will be responsible for controlling the company's import processes and customs clearance. You will work on the detailed analysis of documents and monitor customs release with customs brokers, ensuring compliance and agility. You will have an active role in communicating with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and other strategic partners. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and reports to optimize logistical flows, reduce costs, and ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, you will provide technical support and specialized guidance to the team, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of processes and the company's strategic objectives.

🎯 Main Responsibilities:****

• Manage Door to Door import processes, ensuring fluidity and compliance with deadlines.
• Analyze and validate import documentation, supporting the team and guiding suppliers.
• Monitor customs release with customs brokers, ensuring compliance and agility.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and other strategic partners.
• Monitor production and delivery schedules, keeping customers updated on order status.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, identifying deviations and proposing corrective action plans.
• Control costs and financial forecasts, including tax classification (NCM) and import expenses.
• Request quotes and define freight forwarders according to origin, costs, and logistical requirements.
• Update information and expenses in the Sercorp system until the completion of the import process.
• Monitor financial provisioning and control expenses related to operations.
• Ensure complete process finalization until invoicing/delivery at the customer's CD.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, proposing solutions for operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements

📌 Requirements for the position:****

• Completed Higher Education or currently studying in Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or related areas;
• Advanced experience in Foreign Trade processes, including pre-shipment, shipment, purchase orders, and document management (DI, LI, and other documents).
• Solid knowledge in document analysis, tax classification (NCM), expense control, and payment management.
• Proficiency in creating spreadsheets and process follow-up.
• Acting in compliance with Foreign Trade legislation, with experience in process automation and auditing.
• Skill in using integrated Foreign Trade systems.
• Knowledge of practices and tools for optimizing logistical and financial processes, ensuring operation efficiency and compliance.
• Advanced English.
• Intermediate Excel.
• Good analytical capacity and attention to detail.

_Working Hours:_

• Monday to Friday, from 09h to 18h and in a hybrid model, 3 days in person at the office, 2 days of Home Office, with schedule to be agreed upon.
