Offset 6 Color Operator

2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00 pm-11:00 pm - $1 Shift Premium

We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Offset Press Operator to operate a 6-color press and help deliver high-quality printed products to our customers. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and running the press, monitoring quality throughout production, troubleshooting issues, and keeping equipment operating efficiently.

What You’ll Do Set up and operate a 6-color offset press, including make-ready, press runs, and wash-up.

Inspect incoming paper, ink, and other materials to ensure they meet specifications.

Perform press checks, make adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to maintain consistent quality.

Complete first-piece approvals and required production documentation.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on press equipment.

Assist with feeder setup, stock changes, and other press support activities.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety and PPE requirements.

Communicate quality concerns and stop production when necessary to prevent defective products.

Work closely with team members to keep production running smoothly and meet quality and productivity goals.

What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of offset press systems, controls, and terminology.

Ability to read and understand job tickets and manufacturing procedures.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to accurately enter production information into the company’s system.

Commitment to safety, housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork.

Preferred: 5 years of offset press experience.
