Supervisor I - Chemistry Laboratory | Porto Velho/RO

We are looking for a Supervisor I – Chemistry Laboratory to work on-site in Porto Velho - Nacional/RO, with consolidated experience in a laboratory environment and acting as a Responsável Técnico. We seek an analytical, dynamic, proactive professional who is attentive to detail, with good communication skills and the ability to supervise teams, monitor processes, ensure technical compliance, and propose improvements. The purpose of the position is to ensure the quality and proper functioning of laboratory routines, contributing to process efficiency, compliance with technical requirements, and the continuous development of the operation.

Responsibilities and assignments Reside in Porto Velho - Nacional/RO;Supervise the routines and activities of the laboratory team;Ensure compliance with technical procedures and quality standards;Act as Responsável Técnico (RT) before the CRQ;Monitor testing, methods, and requirements of ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025;Control the use, calibration, and maintenance of equipment;Evaluate results, records, and occurrences, proposing corrective actions;Support audits and continuous improvement actions;Ensure compliance with SGI (Sistema de Gestão Integrada) guidelines.

Requirements and qualificationsHigher education in Chemistry (Bachelor's or Technologist);Active professional registration with the CRQ;Consolidated experience in a laboratory;Experience as Responsável Técnico;Knowledge of ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025 and SGI;Experience with calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment;Fluent English, with good oral communication and technical vocabulary;Additional informationMobility allowance;Food voucher;Life insurance;Health plan;Career and salary plan;Hazard pay
