Multi-site Maintenance Technician (M/F)

On-site and in the workshop: Perform machine modifications on-site (upgrade, tooling); Ensure machine commissioning on-site -Perform machine troubleshooting at customer sites -Conduct audits at customer sites and establish parts lists with references. -Advise and inform customers about new Serac technologies. -Ensure compliance with instructions transmitted by the principal. -Keep the stationary technician(s) informed of the mission's progress and systematically call them before leaving the site. -Write intervention reports by noting significant events each day (customer assistance, waiting, etc.). Submit these documents as well as corrected diagrams, backups, etc., to the principal. -Summarize these reports and note what remains to be done. -Supervise a team of technicians, workshop staff, or external companies on-site.
Within the customer service department (depending on customer service needs): Provide telephone troubleshooting for customers -Technical support to colleagues on-site and to subsidiaries -Follow up on small studies necessary for the preparation of customer service offers (feasibility + costing), preparation of quotes validated by sales positions -Assist stationary technicians and perform pre-assembly of orders -Search for spare part references. -Prepare technician interventions on-site -Update machine files (electrical diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, computer programs)
You have skills in automation / mechanics / hydraulics / electrical. You speak English fluently. You enjoy traveling (80/90% of the time). You are autonomous and have good interpersonal skills.
