🔧 Do you enjoy working in the field and taking on technical challenges? This position allows you to combine on-site customer interventions, workshop work, and customer service support.

🚀 Your missions on-site and in the workshop:

Modify, upgrade, or tool machines directly at the customer's site.

Commission machines, perform troubleshooting, conduct audits, and establish parts lists.

Advise customers on new Serac technologies 🧠.

Follow instructions, keep stationary technicians informed, and write clear and complete intervention reports.

Supervise a team of technicians or external partners on-site 👷 ♂️.

📞 Within the customer service department:

Provide telephone troubleshooting and support your colleagues or subsidiaries.

Participate in studies prior to offers (feasibility, costing, quotes).

Assist with pre-assemblies, identify spare parts, prepare interventions, and update technical files 🗂️.
