Your mission
Within the Serac Group, you will coordinate and lead the Continuous Improvement program in collaboration with subsidiaries and business teams. Your objective: to support the increasing maturity of practices, deploy Group standards, and lead cross-functional projects that create value.
As a true reference for the CI (Continuous Improvement) approach, you will contribute to the sustainable improvement of working methods, industrial processes, organization, and operational performance across the entire value chain. 🌍
Your main responsibilities
You will lead and support the network of Continuous Improvement Champions within the subsidiaries through portfolio reviews, coaching actions, training, and the sharing of best practices.
You will lead multi-site improvement projects focusing on methods, processes, industrial organization, or the evolution of the Quality Management System, with measurable results in Quality, Costs, Lead Times, and Performance. You will deploy and standardize the Group's continuous improvement tools and methods: problem solving, Lean, Kaizen, value analysis, steering standards, and management routines.
You will also contribute to the development of a strong continuous improvement culture by supporting teams, capitalizing on lessons learned, and disseminating best practices throughout the Group.
A strategic and cross-functional role
You will actively participate in the development of the Serac Management System (SMS) by contributing to the evolution of Group processes, performance indicators, the risk register, and associated control mechanisms.
You will also support activities related to internal and external audits and ISO 9001 certifications to guarantee the robustness and sustainability of processes. In parallel, you will identify and structure improvement opportunities at the Group level, lead their deployment, and ensure their adoption by operational teams.
Your profile
With a higher education background in engineering, production, methods, processes, quality, or continuous improvement (Bachelor's to Master's degree or equivalent), you have significant experience in an industrial environment and have developed solid expertise in continuous improvement, operational excellence, industrialization, or industrial performance.
You have already led cross-functional improvement projects in multi-site or multi-activity contexts and know how to structure an approach, unite stakeholders, and ensure the sustainable deployment of implemented actions.
You master the main continuous improvement tools and methodologies: Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, problem solving, root cause analysis, visual management, standardization, and value analysis. A Six Sigma certification or experience would be a complementary asset.
Your understanding of industrial environments allows you to quickly identify levers for simplification, robustness, and performance. You are comfortable with data analysis, defining performance indicators, and measuring the gains associated with the projects led.
You also have a good knowledge of quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001 standards, process approaches, risk management, and audit practices.
Recognized for your cross-functional leadership, you know how to support change, coach teams, and grow local representatives while fostering adherence to new practices. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy international and multicultural environments. Your listening skills, analytical mindset, rigor, and hands-on approach allow you to interact effectively with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Autonomous, pragmatic, and results-oriented, you are committed to transforming ideas into concrete and sustainable actions. Proficiency in English is essential to evolve within an international Group environment. Occasional travel to subsidiaries is to be expected. 🌍
