Your responsibilities

You are in charge of the maintenance and evolution of software packages, as well as the management of IT Applications projects.

You provide level 2 support to business application users ( ERP, CRM, PLM… ), ensure the technical evolution of these tools, and manage the related IT projects. You contribute to the development of the IT Master Plan

You contribute to the quantification of projects: skills, resources, number of hours, and durations.

You are also a source of proposals regarding technical and functional evolutions.

You coordinate and perform the maintenance of applications under operational conditions

You specifically intervene on: malfunctions and their resolution;

user assistance;

corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications;

the main contact and relay for solution integrators and publishers;

the link with the Key Users Applications .

You manage IT projects within the Group

In accordance with the IT Master Plan, you coordinate the management of projects in all their dimensions ( Quality, Costs, Deadlines ) as well as application service providers.

You may take direct responsibility for part of the projects and distribute the workload among project managers, based on skills and issues.

You also act as a referent during the definition and implementation of the technical and functional testing phases and procedures for IT programs and applications, validating the reliability of the solutions.

You ensure the proper organization of project reviews and project reporting and are the main contact for solution integrators and publishers.

Finally, you coordinate the production deployment of software solutions in an operating environment.

You support users

You ensure communication and training for Key Users in subsidiaries, as well as the drafting of technical documents.

Your profile

You are the perfect candidate if you have in your suitcase: Training in the study and development of computerized systems;

5 years of experience in the management, integration, and maintenance of applications (CRM, ERP, PLM… );

A real appetite for IT technologies;

Knowledge of database management (Oracle / SQL / Progress);

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken .
