Your tasks
- Train customers and Serac personnel on the technologies used on our machines, primarily in equipment operation and maintenance.
- Participate in the creation of training materials: models, demonstrators, Office documents, webinars, tutorials, and forms.
- Participate in the creation and updating of the training catalog.
- Perform technical audits and analyses at customer sites, particularly regarding bacteriology and washing.
- Provide, as needed, technical assistance missions, studies, or project participation.
- Intervene on machines in case of urgent needs at a customer site.
- Act as a proactive advisor to customers regarding new developments and possible improvements.
Requirements
Your profile
- Solid knowledge of food processing machinery and aseptic technologies.
- Experience in workshop commissioning and/or on-site installation is desired.
- Essential skills in mechanics and electricity.
- Proficiency in English.
- Pedagogical sense and the ability to transmit technical knowledge.
- Good writing and communication skills.
