Your mission

Within our Customer Service team, you are the true conductor of our traveling technicians' interventions. You coordinate their planning, prepare their travel, and ensure that each mission takes place under the best possible security conditions.

On a daily basis, you work in close collaboration with internal teams, technicians, subsidiaries, and partners to guarantee the success of interventions at our clients' sites across the world.

Your main responsibilities

• You ensure the operational management of the traveling technicians' planning by optimizing assignments according to priorities, skills, and project constraints.
• You manage the follow-up of visas and necessary administrative formalities to guarantee the smooth running of international missions.
• You coordinate the preparation of the material indispensable to interventions and ensure that each technician has the necessary equipment before their departure.
• You are also an essential actor in the security of employees on the move. By monitoring travel conditions and geopolitical contexts, you contribute to the protection of teams and adapt missions when the situation requires it, in connection with the various stakeholders concerned.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have initial experience in intervention planning, scheduling, production, or in an environment requiring strong operational coordination.
• Organized, rigorous, and reactive, you know how to manage priorities and face the unexpected in an international context.
• Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to interact daily with many stakeholders and transmit the right information at the right time.
• You have a professional command of English, which is indispensable for evolving in an international environment and communicating with our subsidiaries, our partners, and our technicians across the world.
