Installation Project Manager (M/F)

Your mission
As the primary point of contact for both the client and internal teams, you will coordinate the delivery of project deliverables and guarantee the smooth running of installations and commissioning at the client site.
You will ensure compliance with project deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and conformity, while developing a high-quality client relationship that contributes to overall satisfaction.
You will represent Serac throughout the entire equipment commissioning phase and participate in the continuous improvement of project management and commissioning methods and procedures.
Your responsibilities
From the pre-sales phase, you may be involved in assessing project risks and associated costs thanks to your field experience.
During the installation and startup phases, you will ensure daily follow-up with the client, manage site progress, and coordinate various stakeholders: technical teams, partners, service providers, and internal departments.
You will ensure that technicians can intervene under the best possible conditions by defining priorities and commissioning schedules. ⚙️
You will also ensure: the monitoring of project costs and deadlines,
the coordination of administrative and financial aspects,
the facilitation of project financial reviews,
the monitoring of amendments and configuration evolutions,
the anticipation of logistical and transport issues.
After the SAT, you will participate in project feedback sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of Serac processes and tools.
Your profile
You have a technical background at the Bac to Bac+4 level (mechanics, automation, industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, production engineering...) or equivalent experience in site supervision and industrial project management.
You possess solid technical skills allowing you to quickly understand the issues encountered at the client site, ideally in the world of special machines or packaging.
Recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to coordinate teams, and your reactivity, you enjoy working in dynamic and international environments. You are proficient in office and project management tools (ERP, PLM, scheduling tools, basic CAD such as Draftsight).
Fluent English is essential to operate in an international context. 🌍
