Store Manager
Achieve Sales Targets (KPIs): Develop daily and monthly sales action plans to meet and exceed store revenue goals and key performance indicators.
Lead & Develop the Sales Team: Coach, train, and motivate sales associates on modern selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Manage Daily Store Operations: Oversee staff scheduling, shift rotation, and task assignments across the sales floor, cash counters, and inventory.
Oversee Inventory & Visual Merchandising: Maintain optimal stock levels, prevent shrinkage/loss, and ensure products are displayed according to brand visual merchandising standards.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction & POS Control: Resolve complex customer issues professionally and supervise daily cash closing operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of retail sales experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to coach, train, and motivate sales staff, along with strong skills in shift scheduling and task delegation.
Sales & Commercial Acumen: In-depth knowledge of retail sales techniques, performance metrics (KPIs), and customer behavior patterns.
Operational & Inventory Mastery: Solid expertise in inventory management, stock audits, shrinkage control, and visual merchandising standards.
Technical & Personal Skills: Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic MS Office, combined with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stress-management skills.
