PRODUCTION MANAGER (M/F)

We are looking for a PRODUCTION MANAGER (M/F) for a transition mission for one of our clients.

Your missions:

• Manage all manufacturing operations at the Annemasse site and associated support functions (Maintenance, Logistics)
• Ensure a safe working environment and a zero-accident culture

• Ensure legal compliance within their scope of responsibility
• Develop results profitably and achieve the objectives of the BU, the Division, and the Group - Establish and maintain quality customer service

• Deploy the BU strategy at the operational level by focusing on operational KPI and sales growth

• Responsible for conducting daily operations based on Quality and EHS systems
• Responsible for conducting Lean initiatives across all processes under their responsibility to ensure they are fully adopted and implemented

• Ensure operations with adequate stock levels, production planning, and logistics (shipping/receiving)
• Develop a budget plan and manage operations within budgetary constraints

• Be an active member of the BU management team
• Work with other BU functions (Eng., PM, SC, Q & EHS) to ensure the implementation of cross-functional initiatives driving the BU strategic deployment plan

• Ensure the management of employees under their responsibility by promoting coaching, training, talent management, and individual development

• Foster a culture of accountability and results through HPT, strategy deployment, and effective productivity management

• Master's degree in engineering - or equivalent training associated with significant experience
• 5 years of professional experience in a similar position (management, operations management, LEAN)

• Knowledge of high-pressure / quick-connect applications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience in project management and change workshops - Analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Organization and rigor

• Proficiency in office tools and productivity software (particularly JD Edwards and MS-Excel)

• Proficiency in fluent English (B2/C1)
