PRODUCT OWNER M/F

We are looking for a Product Owner M/F for one of our clients.

THE POSITION

Drive the development of a new range of connected security products, combining Agile facilitation and project management. You will be responsible for translating the product vision into understandable, achievable, and prioritized elements for the teams. The objective is to deliver innovative, reliable, and compliant solutions, from design to market launch.

MISSIONS

1. Definition of needs

• Act as the link between the product vision and the development teams.
• Gather and prioritize customer and user needs (features, ergonomics, connectivity). Translate these needs into user stories and technical requirements.

1. Classic project management

• Participation in the development plan (milestones, planning, budget, resources).
• Facilitate key phases: design, prototyping, testing, industrialization.
• Ensure monitoring of risks, costs, and deadlines.

1. Product Owner role

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and technical constraints.
• Participate in and/or facilitate rituals.
• Collaborate with R&D, firmware, electronics, App, and cloud teams.

1. Innovation and IoT strategy

• Identify opportunities related to connectivity (predictive maintenance, real-time alerts, home automation integration).
• Contribute to the digital strategy and the company's IoT ecosystem.
• Ensure technological monitoring.

1. Management and leadership

• Facilitate the project team and foster collaboration between hardware, firmware, and software.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Graduate of a Mechanical, Electronic, Complex Systems, Embedded Systems, or IoT Engineering school, you have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Project Management (hardware + IoT) or as a Product Owner, ideally in security or home automation.
• You have already worked in an Agile environment and have a sensitivity to hardware design and IoT. You possess strong transversal leadership and excellent communication skills.
• You have a professional level of English.
