Production Engineer M/F (M/F)

Detailed Description:

Context: After a period of skill development on our internal tools and processes, the consultant will be responsible for a specific application scope.

Main Missions:

1. Technical and Functional Mastery:

Acquire in-depth knowledge of the assigned applications (ecosystem, interactions, and associated flows).

1. Communication:

Ensure effective daily communication with internal teams and DSI interlocutors, thereby guaranteeing the sharing of information.

1. Participation in department rituals:

Actively contribute to agile rituals: daily, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, etc.

BUILD Phase:

• Serve as the entry point between our clients and other departments, facilitating fluid communication.
• Require and participate in the production of project deliverables such as the operating file and operational instructions.

• Provision the necessary infrastructure for the various operating environments.
• Ensure regular reporting within the team and proactively alert on encountered problems.

• Validate architecture proposals made by DSI architects, ensuring their adequacy with technical requirements.
• Guarantee compliance with BPCE-IT rules and standards, promoting best practices in all aspects of development.

• Participate in the implementation of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to optimize development processes.
• Emphasize the importance of automated installations, including for software packages.

• Project application exploitability from the development phases, ensuring the presence of logs, monitoring, and efficient scheduling.
• Organize and conduct the presentation of new applications put into production to the entire department. This presentation will include an overview of the infrastructures, documentation, operational instructions, and associated flows, in order to ensure a clear and shared understanding of their functioning and impact.

RUN Phase:

• Participate in Maintenance en Conditions Opérationnelles (MCO) activities for all department applications.
• Exhaustively document the applications under their responsibility, thereby guaranteeing clear traceability and understanding.

• Organize and conduct regular exchanges with the DSI to ensure harmonious collaboration.
• Respect and promote design standards for processing chains in collaboration with development teams.

• Identify and implement optimizations to improve the operation of the applications under their responsibility.

Working Conditions:

• On-call shifts will be offered after a learning period.
• HNO interventions may be necessary.

• Teleworking is limited to 10 days per month, validated according to the employee's autonomy.

Mission duration approximately 24 months

Desired number of days on site: 5 days per week

• XL Deploy, XL Release, CONTROL-M - Expert - Mandatory
• Openshift and/or Containers experience - Confirmed - Mandatory
