Project Manager (M/F)

Our client, an industrial company located near Crolles, is looking for a Project Manager (M/F).

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead the various phases of client projects, from order receipt to delivery. You will ensure compliance with contractual commitments, quality, cost, and deadline objectives, as well as the quality management system.

Your missions:

• Analyze client needs and monitor project design: functional specifications, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the project cross-functionally in connection with all internal departments.
• Guarantee compliance with the specifications, budget, costs, procurement, and schedule.
• Facilitate steering reviews to ensure project consistency and the achievement of objectives.
• Define and enforce, with the support of project quality, management plans and configuration management.
• Organize contract reviews as soon as the order is received.
• Lead all client acceptance testing.
• Trigger various billing milestones.
• Monitor margin evolution throughout the project.
• Validate technical documents: functional tests, technical notes, and technical facts.
• Monitor environmental qualification.
• Organize the implementation of test tools intended for production.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors involved in specific products or services.

Holding at least a Master's degree (BAC+5) in electronics and industrial computing, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

You are proficient in project management tools as well as the use of an ERP. You possess listening skills and the ability to manage client relationships, as well as a strong sense of human relations and contact.

You have proficiency in written and spoken English.
