Sales representative

Responsible for commercial aspects, which include market intelligence and pre-sales relationships with customers.

• Define the offer presented to the customer and perform price definition.
• Responsible for sales forecasts and reservations.
• Responsible for business acceptance (signing long-term agreements and contract review).
• Develop sales forecasts together with customers.
• Carry out offer engineering (including quoting third-party products and post-sales processes).
• Handle the initialization of sales orders and the recognition of purchase orders.
• Control the status of orders (making changes if necessary) and carry out post-sales tasks.
• Responsible for the receipt of products, validating items against the agreement and resolving discrepancies if necessary.

• Minimum education: University 4 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 25 and 47 years
• Knowledge: Negotiation skills, Business closing, Sales closing, Customer relations, Customer follow-up, Customer service administration, English language arts
