Business Coordination Analyst/Sr Analyst

Perform the preliminary strategic analysis of requests for quotation (RFQ), coordinating with different areas aspects related to delivery allocation, product costs and logistics, technical evaluation, contractual conditions, tax implications, HSE aspects, and credit validation.

• Consolidate and analyze information received from the various involved areas to define, together with the commercial team, the most appropriate pricing strategy for each business opportunity.
• Prepare and issue commercial offers aligned with client requirements, including technical and contractual deviations, supporting documentation, and applicable conditions.
• Register and update commercial offers and opportunities in corporate systems (Dynamics, SAP or other platforms), guaranteeing the quality and traceability of the information.
• Perform the Contract Review process once a purchase order is received, identifying and resolving inconsistencies before its acceptance.
• Manage and ensure compliance with the Order Acceptance process.
• Request and manage the required approvals according to the Manual de Autorizaciones for offers, forecasts, and modifying orders throughout the contract life cycle.
• Administer a portfolio of accounts with similar commercial and competitive characteristics, ensuring consistent and efficient management.

• Minimum education: University 4 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 25 and 47 years
• Knowledge: Business analysis, B2b, Quotations, Erp sap, Commercial analysis, Preparation and presentation of tenders
