Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in Industrial Engineering and Telecommunications Technology to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and established objectives are met. Your role will involve the coordination and supervision of multidisciplinary teams, resource management, and monitoring project progress. You will be the link between clients and the work team, guaranteeing fluid and effective communication. Additionally, you must analyze and resolve any problems that arise during project development, always maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

Minimum requirements: university degree in Industrial Engineering or Information and Communication Technologies, with demonstrable experience in project management. Previous experience in the telecommunications sector and leadership and team management skills will be valued. The ideal candidate must have a solid capacity for planning, organization, and problem-solving, as well as a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. We are looking for a person with communication and negotiation skills, capable of adapting to changing environments and working under pressure. The position is on-site and requires availability to attend meetings and activities at the main headquarters.
